Q1) Do you ship to my city and location?
We currently deliver in all major and minor cities of India like Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Chennai, Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Noida, Greater Noida, Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Jaipur, Kochi, Kolkata, Mangalore, Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Surat, Vadodara, Visakhapatnam, Nashik, Mysore, Vijayawada, Amaravati and Guntur. We are coming to other cities very soon and will keep you posted! We will not be able to deliver to remote places and small towns.
If you require a delivery at remote place or place which is far from our network range, then we can discuss and if possible arrange for delivery to your nearby place. We can book your material to the nearest place by transport and you can collect your parcel from the transporter near you. We have a strong network of logistics and courier services and ensure you speedy delivery for all our consignments.
Q2) What is the estimated delivery time?
Products are typically dispatched within a day of order confirmation. The product will reach to your place depending upon the pincode of your place.
All the products are transported and delivered using the ENGGIFIC delivery network.
While we try to ensure that the product reaches you within the delivery time communicated, exigencies may delay the delivery. In such cases, please do not worry. Get in touch with us for the latest update on your shipment if we have already not gotten in touch with you.
For bulk-orders and personalized requirements/ RFQ, the estimated delivery time is 12 - 15 days from the date of receipt of your order.
Q3) How do I track my order?
The best way to check your order status is to sign-up at enggific.com. We try our best to deliver your product before you can even think “Where is it now?”. In a few cases however, we take closer to our promised 12 - 15 days for delivery. In such cases, we proactively call / email the customer to inform them of the status of their product and where it is in transit. In the rare case when you have not received any communication from us for 10 days after order do give us a call at our customer care number or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Q4) What are your installation and demo charges?
First of all, installation and demo charges are extra and will be charged based on several factors like clients location, quantity of order, efforts required, time taken etc. If the installation or demo to be done at a place which is beyond our range, then we will not be able to provide the same.
For all products that require installation, commissioning and demonstration, you will have to fix an appointment with us and we shall send our executive which will be on paid basis and depends on many other possibilities.
Q5) What if I receive a damaged product?
We take immense care in sending you the material. The material sent to you is thoroughly checked for quality, damages, physical inspection, properly packed and sent with proper network system. In case of any damage when you receive the material, you can bring to our notice and mail us the picture of it. Damaged part/ piece will be repaired or replaced to you only if the case is genuine.
Our team will assess the damage and get back to you within 2-3 business days.
If you receive a damage product, you have to bring it to our notice within 3 days of receipt of material. We are not responsible for damage happens by courier (or) transport agencies.
Q6) Can I cancel the order?
Once the payment is done, order cannot be cancelled or modified. In such cases, amount will not be refunded to the customer as every order you place is treated important and lot of effort is made to deliver it to you at the earliest time. In some extreme cases, we might cancel your order.
